ELTA COURIER COST: 2.5€

  • Delivery within Thessaloniki takes 1 to 2 days from our physical store, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Rest of Greece: 5-7 days depending on the area, excluding holidays, weekends and peak periods. Please contact us for additional costs for remote or inaccessible areas.

CYPRUS

Parcels are sent from Thessaloniki every Tuesday morning ( not valid if the order was placed on Monday ) with Speedex and then they go to Piraeus and from there they leave via Speedex – Akis Courier by ship and go to Cyprus. Orders must be placed Tuesday through Sunday to leave the following Tuesday. The order from the time it leaves our store takes 7-10 days to reach its destination. Holidays and special condions that may arise during the transport process are excluded. The cost for shipping to Cyprus is 10€.

RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS

1. Your order will be received at the latest within 5-7 working days (for GREECE) from the date of submission of your order form (during the hours 9:00 – 17:00) by the courier company to the address you specify in the order form. For everyone’s convenience, please inform the Store about the specific details of the pick-up location (company name, floor, office number, etc.), where necessary. For transaction security reasons, you can receive the products you have purchased only by showing your police ID to the employee of the above courier company. Of course, in addition to you, another person of your choice may receive the products only after your written authorization with your original signature certified by a competent police authority.

2. The Store is exempt from any responsibility in cases of delay and/or failure to deliver which is due to third-party intermediary organizations and/or due to force majeure or fortuitous events. However, if for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.) or an insurmountable obstacle it is not possible to deliver the products immediately, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you still wish , under the new conditions, the completion of your order.
