Method of Administration: Clean the feet with warm water and dry them thoroughly with a towel. Open the package, cut the masks/socks in half (on the dotted line) to separate them and put one on each foot. Attach with the special sticker and leave on for 30 minutes or less if desired. Massage from time to time. Remove the “socks” and dab the areas where the cream has remained. No need to rinse.
